Weight loss is the trickiest thing to achieve. Not with all these tempting treats around you. Lucky for you, we’re here to help… with a dare. We invite you to take part in a 15-Day Healthy Diet Challenge!

Now, do keep in mind that if you’re really aiming for weight loss, then it’s crucial that you keep on working towards a healthy lifestyle. This means eating right and exercising regularly even after the 15 days are done.

If you can do all 7 steps below in 15 days, then you’re off to a good start.

WATER UP! 

Drink a glass of water from the moment you wake up and periodically throughout the day. You should be able to down 8 to 10 glasses daily. Aside from keeping yourself hydrated, you’d be keeping yourself full. For a more exciting drinking experience, you can naturally sweeten your water with fresh fruit.

SO OVER SODA.

Soda is one of the top go-tos when you want to get a sugar fix. That makes it a no-no when you’re planning to lose weight. So give it up, including its diet varieties. To make it easier for you, prepare a Soda Bowl where you can put money in whenever the urge to buy soda arises. Instead of spending for something unhealthy, you’d be saving to get yourself a neat reward.

AVOID JUNK FOOD AND FAST FOOD.

These foods are so readily available that it’s nearly impossible not to get your hands on them. Did you know that you’d be cutting down on so many calories if you cooked at home instead? Hundreds of healthy recipes from slow cooker meals, gluten-free dishes, main entrees, vegetarian & vegan options to clean eating snacks and low-calorie desserts are just as readily available.

EAT RIGHT.

Overly processed foods are packed with sodium and refined sugar. They’re the usual suspects when it comes to unwanted fat and that sluggish feeling you get everyday. Eating whole foods dense with nutrients is a much better choice. Think fresh fruits, veggies, low-fat dairy, unrefined sweeteners, and lean proteins. You’ll lose weight. You’ll feel better, too.

CONTROL YOUR PORTIONS.

A good first step to shedding pounds is learning to eat smaller servings. Use a salad plate. Plate your meal making sure it’s only the size of your palm. We recommend eating three small meals and two or three clean snacks –like fruits– each day. Getting used to portion control will help you get leaner. It teachers you self-control, too.

READ THE PACK.
